The BCEEA is partnering with former long-time BC Public Service employee and certified executive coach, Karen Fudge-Jensen to provide eight BCEEA members with the opportunity to work with Karen in a coaching relationship. Successful applicants will partner with Karen to focus on improving relationships with direct reports and immediate supervisors, gain a strong sense of teamwork and job satisfaction, and reduce conflict and increase organizational commitments.
Progressive leaders work with coaches as a fundamental part of their responses to challenges and opportunities in modern organizations. Working with a coach provides clients with unparalleled opportunities to identify and leverage their potential. Through an intake process, BCEEA members are provided the opportunity to partner with Karen for 7 sessions with a focus on improving relationships with direct reports and immediate supervisors, a stronger sense of teamwork and job satisfaction, conflict reduction, and increased organizational commitment.
