In January and February 2024, the BCEEA hosted a workshop series on remote work. This exclusive four-part workshop series was designed to empower leaders and teams with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to thrive in a remote work environments, gain practical tools and skills to enhance leadership and team collaboration, and position their teams achieve success in the evolving world of remote work. 

Lead by Dr. Michael Halinski from the University of Toronto, his presentations helped leaders motivate employees and enhance job satisfaction with a focus on skills such as job-crafting, fostering inclusion, creating and managing boundaries in a remote work landscape, and fostering and supporting the essential competencies required for success in remote work. These workshops provided a comprehensive guide to recognizing and supporting the critical skills necessary for thriving in a virtual work environment.
